If you’re anything like us, it’s likely that the Amalfi Coast features at the top of your travel bucket list.

So, whether you’re heading there this year – or sometime in the distant future – here are our top tips on how to spend three blissful days on the sunny Amalfi Coast…

STAY: Positano

If you’ve never been to the Amalfi Coast and you only have a limited time to explore the area, then do your best to stay in Positano. Undoubtedly the region’s most famous pastel-hued village, Positano is as picturesque as the postcards – we promise! Whether you opt to splurge and stay in one of Positano’s many luxury hotels, or in a cute Italian Airbnb, you won’t be disappointed.

Da Adolfo

As soon as you have locked in your travel dates, try to score yourself a table at the famous, Da Adolfo restaurant. Accessible only by boat, this exclusive seaside restaurant is frequented regularly by the rich and famous and while it’s certainly tricky to get into – if you can make a booking (months in advance!), it’s worth the wait. Think mozzarella served in lemon leaves, fresh seafood and some of the best pasta you’ve ever eaten.

This cute little village is tucked just around the corner from the town of Amalfi itself, and while it’s certainly smaller than its neighbours, it’s definitely worth a visit. With a seemingly endless lineup of colourful umbrellas, Atrani is the perfect spot to take a dip in the salty Med and soak up some sun.

VISIT: Capri

You can’t travel all the way to the Amalfi Coast without taking a trip to Capri! Ferries depart regularly from Amalfi and Positano – but if you’re feeling fancy, hire a private boat for the day. Once there, take a trek up to the top of the island to take in the absolutely stunning views, grab lunch at Lo Sfizio or do a spot of shopping at one of the many exclusive boutiques.

ENJOY: The lemons

The Amalfi Coast is famous for its lemons so do yourself a favour and enjoy the abundance of lemon-flavoured treats around every corner. From pastries to gelato – the Amalfi Coast will delight your tastebuds.
